Ground Pork and Cheese Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers Wrapped in Bacon

I made this recipe up,it turned out very well and everyone loved it,these were not spicy at all,I was a little disappointed with that. That being said ,the next time around I'm going to try chorizo or maybe some other spice in the original ones.

Add pork to a large bowl,chop up cilantro, add to bowl, add garlic powder to taste,add crumbling cheese,I put about 2/3 of cheese in. Mix with hands. Slice jalapeños in half and and scrape core and seeds out and wash, put some of the meat mixture in peppers and wrap in bacon.

Preset oven to 425 and cook for about 40 minutes,until bacon is crispy.
