Rinse the mangoes in clean water peel it.

Poke the mangoes with fork thoroughly.

Cut the mangoes in round shape.

Take a bowl of water,add salt or lime stone in the water.

Mix it, after mixing salt in the water add all the slices of mango to this bowl.keep it soaked for 2-3 hours.

After 2-3 hours take out the mango slice and rinse in water thoroughly. risne it 2-3 times in water.

Take a saucepan and put water it in.let the water come to boil.add the mango slices, keep the mangoes in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Turn off the flame, drain the mangoes.

In a large pot,add sugar and a cup of water boil it.

When sugar syrup starts boiling,add the mangoes.keep the flame medium to medium high and keep stirring.

When the sugar syrup has the consistency of honey,add saffron.

After adding saffron turn the flame to low and cook it for another 1-2 minutes.

Add cardamom powder and pinch of salt mix well and turn off the flame.

Cover the pot and let it sit for 7-8 hours.

Mango murabba is ready.

Put it in jar or serve it.
