Ingredients

  • 2 cup besan
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 2 pinchsodium bi carbonate
  • 1cauliflower small sizes
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the water with a salt in it Take out the florets from cauliflower put into the hot water for 20 minutes. Heat the oil in khadhi, reduce the flame, dip the florets into the batter put it into the a karadhi, keep the flame medium, when it is cooked take it out on the tissue paper

  2. 2

    Prepare the batter by adding all the ingredients. Take out the florets from the water and put it in the napkins to dry.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in khadhi, reduce the flame, dip the florets into the batter put it into the a karadhi.

  4. 4

    Keep the flame medium, when it is cooked take it out on the tissue paper
