Steps

Palak ke kalmibadey...... Mix all the ingredients well and make roll...deep fry them immediately.

Make mixture of besan...like pakodas..add little bit of salt and red chilli powder with heeng.

Dip the fried palak rolls in it and deep fry them again.

Take out all the rolls on tissue paper and cut them in circular shape
- 5
Fry them once again and enjoy with sauces.
