1 kglarge green peppers-washed and wiped dry
3/4 cupsalt
3/4 cupfennel seeds-powdered coarsely
1/4 cupfenugreek seeds - roasted and powdered fine
Mustard oil

Slit the peppers lengthwise.

Mix together salt, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds and oil.

Fill the peppers with the spice mixture and pack them into a clean jar.

Pour rest of the oil over the peppers and leave it for 3-4 days.

Keep it covered with oil, to prevent it from spoiling.
