Steps

Wash & cut all veggies.

Add oats, Suji, curd, red chilli powder & salt in a bowl. Mix well. Add water if required. Make thick batter.

Add chopped veggies. Mix well.

Heat appe pan. Pour one drop oil in each pit. Pour batter with spoon.

Cover it & cook on slow to medium heat until golden. Flip it & cook again until golden.

Add all ingredients of salsa in a bowl. Mix properly.

Transfer appam in a plate.

Serve hot with salsa.
