Step 1 Bowl me maida, suji,elaichi powder, baking powder add karein then ache se mix

Step 4 Kadai ya pan me oil ya deshi ghee gram karein then chamche ya katori etc se gaol ko kadai ke center me daale Malpua apne aap fail jaye ga suru me vo pan se chipka hua hoga but jab pani chor de tab palak ke s deep fry karein...

Step 5 Then add deep fry Malpua ko chasni me dip karein for 15 to 20 min

Step 6 Bhiga hua sago ko pan me water ke sath boil for 5 min then sugar mix it well and pinch red colour normal temperature par aane ke badh fridge me set karein.......

Step 7 Then Malpua ko chasni se nikale then uper sago pudding rakhe then sprinkle dry fruit chopped
