Steps

Place chicken in pot large enough to spread out without overlapping. Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Pour in chicken stock. Chicken should not be covered. Braise chicken until internal temp 165°F.

Mix glaze ingedients. The amounts can be adjusted depending on what flavor you prefer.

Move chicken to oven safe dish and baste with glaze. Bake in 425°F oven until glaze is thickened.
