Ak pan mein 1/2 cup pani daal kar boil ane tak gram Karein or usme 1 tsp oil bi daal de or gas band kar de. Ab usme suji daal ka mix Karein 4-5 min ko dakh kar rakh de. Suji ko soft hone ke liye.

Ak bowl mein suji ko nikaal kar haat se ache se masal le atte ki tarah. Ab usme boil or mess potato, salt, green chilli, coriander leaves, black pepper, origino, daal kar ache se mix Karein or masal le.

Ab hand par oil laga le or karai mein oil daal kar gram Karein. Ab tora tora mixchure laker uski patli patli sticks bana kar rakh le.

Ab tori tori sticks daal kar frying kar le. Phir plate mein nikaal kar sauce ya chutney ke sath sherb Karein.
