Ingredients

  1. 400 gboneless chicken cut into square pieces (2inches)
  2. 3 tbspfresh cream
  3. 3 tbspthick yogurt
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  6. 3green chillies grinder
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder(chicken tandoori masala)
  8. 1 tspkasoori methi
  9. 1 tbspcornflour
  10. 1small bowl coriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 5-6skewers
  14. (Soak the skewers for 10mins in water)

Steps

  1. 1

    Pat dry the chicken pieces, now marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except oil and cornflour.

  2. 2

    Tips oil and cornflour slows down the marination process Mix well and cover the bowl with cling film and keep it for marination for at least 1-2hrsw

  3. 3

    After marination removes the cling film and add the remaining ingredients.pierce the chicken cubes one by one in the skewer, chicken is nicely marinated so it will pierce easily. Heat oil and butter (1tbsp) both in a pan and add Chicken
