Pat dry the chicken pieces, now marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except oil and cornflour.

Tips oil and cornflour slows down the marination process Mix well and cover the bowl with cling film and keep it for marination for at least 1-2hrsw

After marination removes the cling film and add the remaining ingredients.pierce the chicken cubes one by one in the skewer, chicken is nicely marinated so it will pierce easily. Heat oil and butter (1tbsp) both in a pan and add Chicken
