Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwashed and soaked yellow daal
  2. 2 tspginger grated
  3. 3-4 clovegarlic chopped
  4. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspturmric powder
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 2bayleaf
  9. 1 tspghee
  10. 4-5curry leaves
  11. 1 pinchasafoetida
  12. 2 tasteSalt
  13. as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put the mung daal and water bring into a boil add turmeric and salt 2 taste cook about 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Once dal is cooked turn of the gas

  3. 3

    With help hand blender blend the soup to a smooth consistency keep a side

  4. 4

    Heat other pan add ghee until the oil becomes hot add ginger garlic bayleaf then add mustard seeds cumin seeds start pop turn down the heat add garam masala curry leaves then put this fry mixture into soup
