1 tbspsteak seasoning
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 1/2 lbpork shoulder
1 tbspolive oil
2 mediumgreen bell peppers
2 mediumonion thin sliced
14 1/2 ozdiced tom undrained

combine fennel seed, seasoning, and cayenne. rub over pork. Brown roast in oil. place in slow cooker. add peppers, onions & tomatoes. cook 8 hours.

skim fat. shred pork, return to slow cooker
