  • 1 tbspfennel seed
  • 1 tbspsteak seasoning
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbpork shoulder
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 mediumgreen bell peppers
  • 2 mediumonion thin sliced
  • 14 1/2 ozdiced tom undrained

  1. 1

    combine fennel seed, seasoning, and cayenne. rub over pork. Brown roast in oil. place in slow cooker. add peppers, onions & tomatoes. cook 8 hours.

  2. 2

    skim fat. shred pork, return to slow cooker
