First of all wash all mirchi

Cut in the middle and remove all seeds of mirchi

Then take a bowl

Add besan, red chilli,haldi powder,dry mango powder, and salt

Mix together and make a thik paste

Heat oil in a kadai for frying

Take a mirchi and dip into besan paste and cover it completely

Then fry it

Fry all mirchi

Fry it till golden brown

Then remove from oil

Serve in a serving plate with

Serve hot and enjoy.
