Ingredients

  • 5big size green chilli
  • 1 cup- Besan
  • 1teaspoon- red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon- haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon- dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon- salt or as required
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all wash all mirchi

  2. 2

    Cut in the middle and remove all seeds of mirchi

  3. 3

    Then take a bowl

  4. 4

    Add besan, red chilli,haldi powder,dry mango powder, and salt

  5. 5

    Mix together and make a thik paste

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a kadai for frying

  7. 7

    Take a mirchi and dip into besan paste and cover it completely

  8. 8

    Then fry it

  9. 9

    Fry all mirchi

  10. 10

    Fry it till golden brown

  11. 11

    Then remove from oil

  12. 12

    Serve in a serving plate with

  13. 13

    Serve hot and enjoy.
