  • 1 kgsweet potato
  • Oil for frying potato
  • 10 pieceslarge tomato
  • 15 pieceslarge size pepper
  • 1big red onions
  • Salt and maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the sliced potato then put salt in

  2. 2

    The fry in oil

  3. 3

    Slice the tomato, pepper, onions and fry in little oil until dry

  4. 4

    Add small maggi and salt

  5. 5

    Then pour the fried potato inside the tomatos and fry for more 2 minutes
