Knead the soft dough with flour,1 tsp salt,milk and water.keep aside cover with muslin cloth. wash and remove the hard part of stem and grate the stem.add 1/2 tsp salt,keep aside. now squeeze the excess water.

Heat 1 tsp oil and pop the cumin,add stem,salt,red chili powder,green chili paste,chat masala and cumin powder, roast it till evaporates the water.cool the mixture. divide the dough into small balls,stuff each with the mixture and make the paratha.

Heat the ghee and shallow fry the paratha. serve hot with chutney or curd,,
