  1. 8wonton shells
  2. 4 tbspcream cheese
  3. 3 ozground beef
  4. 2 slicetomato
  5. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/8 tspground cumin
  7. 1/8 tspground black pepper
  8. 2 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Brown beef, cooking to 155°F. Season with cumin, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

    Cut slice of tomato, and dice. Take 4 oz of cream cheese and, in bowl, fold in beef and tomato.

    Scoop mixture into wonton shells, use water to seal sides together.

  4. 4

    Bring oil to 350°F. Drop wontons into oil, and cook for 90 seconds.
