Steps

Wash and blend the fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes with ginger,garlic and onion.

Boil the chicken with maggi cubes,onions,curry and salt.

Heat up pot on heat,pour in the groundnut oil.onces is boil pour in the blended tomatoes and all.

Fry for 12mins.but be stirring to avoid it getting burnt.

Then pour in the chicken and the stock.boil for 10mins.

Add salt,curry,maggi cubes,ginger,garlic and cook to boil for 7mins.

The stew is ready,it can be used for rice,yam,etc.
