Ingredients

  • 1 cupcurd
  • 2 tablespoongram flour
  • 1/2 tablespoonhaldi powder
  • 1/2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoonmethi
  • 2Red chilli
  • as neededWater
  • 2papad

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add curd, gramflour and water mix well

  2. 2

    Add haldi powder and red chilli powder

    Heat oil in pan add bay leaves, red chilli, mustard seeds and methi

  4. 4

    Add mixture in it

  5. 5

    Boil it for 10 -15 minutes add salt

  6. 6

    Now roast the papad and crush them in kadhi

  7. 7

    Papad ki kadhi is ready to serve

Too much of haldi and mustard imo. For 1 cup curd I would add only 2 teaspoons of haldi and mustard each.
