Steps

Mix maida curd pinch of colour and water and make a semi thick batter

Mix sugar and water and make a ine thread sugar syrup
- 3
Mix colour and saffron in the syrup
- 4
Fill the batter in sauce bottle and make jalebi and cook them from both sides till golden in colour
- 5
Dip these jalebi in sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes and take them out and serve them hot
