Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cup - 2tbsp maida
  3. 1 tspbaking powder
  4. 2finely chopped onions
  5. 3green chilli chopped
  6. 2 tbspchopped green coriander
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve maida besan and baking powder Add salt and make a runny batter

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions green chilli and coriander Mix it well Heat a nonstick pan and pour the 2 big spoon batter

  3. 3

    Trun it over when it is half done Cook it from both the sides Spread it evenly and pour little oil
