  1. 1

    Wash and cut the spinach

  2. 2

    Blanch the spinach in hot salt water

  3. 3

    Fry the onions in the magazine until soft and not brown

  4. 4

    Add the spinach from the colander

  5. 5

    Season with salt and serve
