Steps

Seperate florets of cauliflower

Grind the ginger garlic and green chillies together. Keep aside 1 tsp from it.

Coat the florets with this paste. Add enough salt. Then add 1tsp of cornflour to it

Heat oil and deep fry the cauliflower till golden brown

Take it out into an absorbent paper and keep it aside

In seperate kadai heat 1 tbsp of oil. To this add the chillies garlic and ginger paste. Then chopped onions to it.

To this add all the sauces sugar &salt. Then add one cup of water

When it starts boiling add the ajinomotto and the fried cauliflowers and capsicum
- 9
Adjust the flavours then add 1 tsp cornflour mixed with little water and boil till the gravy is glossy. Add lot of spring onion greens. Serve hot with fried rice
