Pre-heat the oven at 210C. Sift the flour and add the baking powder and the salt. Cut the butter in dices and add. Mix the herbs with the milk.

Mix it with your hand until it has a crumble-like texture.

Add the milk and knead it until it doesn't stick to your hands anymore. Make balls a bit smaller than a tennis ball and set them in a tray (with non-stick paper). Paint them with egg. In around 20 minutes they should be ready. (Let them cool before serving)
