2 cupsboiled beans and maize
1chopped onion
1 tsproyco
1/3 tbspaprika
50 mlcooking oil
1/2 tspsalt
1 cupwater

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil. Stir

When the onions start turning brown add Githeri
3

Add a little water and stir and add salt
4

Add royco and paprika.

Stir and add water and cover for 5minutes then turn off heat and serve.
