4large potatoes chopped into large fries
200 mlsalted water
150 mlcooking oil
200 gramscabbage thinly sliced

Boil potatoes in the salty water for exactly ten minutes.

Drain the water.Heat the oil in a pan.When hot gently place the potatoes in.

Turn the potatoes after one side is done.

Serve with fresh raw cabbage.
