Cook pasta according to package directions, adding beans during last 3 minutes of cook time.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large saute pan. Add chicken and minced shallot. Season with salt and pepper and cook until golden.

While the chicken and pasta are cooking, combine cashews and softened butter in food processor and pulse until combined and cashews are finely chopped. OR finely chop nuts by hand and mix with butter.

When chicken is cooked, turn heat to low. Add cashew/butter compound and heat through. Add cooked pasta and beans, and stir until combined.

Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
