Ingredients

  • 30 sliceVanilla wafers
  • 2 tbspCreamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cupPrepared chocolate pudding with skim milk
  • 15 sliceBanana

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir peanut butter in the pudding

  2. 2

    Spoon 1 teaspoon pudding mixture on flat side of cookies.

  3. 3

    Top with banana then another teaspoon of pudding mixture and remaining cookie

  4. 4

    Place in airtight container and freeze (2 hrs)
