Take dry red chilli, ginger, onion, tomato, curry leaves, coriander, black salt and salt in a mixer and finely grind them in a mixy.

Now heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds, rai and asafoetida then add the chutney mixture and cook for 10-15 minutes on a low flame.

Your hot red heat chutney is ready, serve hot or cool with your favorite food.
