Use two separate bowls to mix dough as there are two kinds of flours then share all the ingredients equally into each bowl mix the dough, cover it very tight and leave to rise for about an hour

After the dough has risen grease two muffin pans with butter and using a spoon fill the pans with the dough

Using a big pot cover a brick with plastic and put it in the pot to make a stand for the muffin pan then add water just small amount the water must not cover the brick then place the muffin pan close tight and leave to boil for an hour until they are well cooked

It can be served with oxtail stew or any kind of meat and vegetables
