Just an "everything spice", healthy, quick chicken and veggie crockpot recipe. Especially for Mom's on the go!

Cut up onions, carrots, mushroom, broccoli, toss in olive oil and white wine vinegar. Combine onion powder, cilantro leaves, dill, paprika, Cajun spice, garlic powder, salt and pepper, sazon goya culantro y achiote packet, chicken bullion, Italian seasoning, marjoram, oregano leaves, Sprinkle spices and toss. Put in crockpot.

Put all of the veggies in the crock pot and toss together with spices

Layer boneless skinless chicken thighs, add olive oil and white wine vinegar, sprinkle spices on top and layer with mushrooms

3 hours on high, 2 hours on low. Pour over white rice
