Ingredients

  • 500 gmall purpose flour
  • oil one fourth of all purpose flour
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededwater
  • for stuffing
  • 1 big bowlmashed potato
  • 3medium size chopped onion
  • 2 tbspgram flour
  • 2bay leaves
  • 2-3laung
  • to tastesalt as per taste
  • red chili as per taste
  • 1 tbspginger garlic crushed
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspldi
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspamchoor powder
  • oil for cooking and fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead dough....with all purpose flour...oil..salt and water....make a stiff dough....keep aside

  2. 2

    Now make stuffing...take a pan...add bay leaves...add cloves...now ginger garlic... onion...all powder spices...cook till oil seprate

  3. 3

    Add potato....cook for 5 min...add amchoor and garam.masala...off the flame...cool it

  4. 4

    Now take a small ball size from dough...roll it from edges....like poorie...

  5. 5

    Stuff masala....seal it...lightly press with rolling pin...keep aside in a lightly.wet cooton cloth

  6. 6

    Heat oil....on low flame...place kachori....when lachori float on oil....flame should be now on medium heat....fry till golden crisp....

  7. 7

    Do not fry on high flame..other it will not cooked properly...not will be crisp till long
