3 cancorn drained
2/3 cupgreen onions chopped
1red bell pepper diced
1 tbsphot sauce
4 ozcream cheese
3 cupshredded cheese
4 slicebacon
1 cupcrushed crackers
2 tbspall-purpose flour
3/4 cupmilk

Pre heat oven to 350

Soften cream cheese

Mix cream cheese,milk,hot sauce,and 1/3 green onions

Mix cheese,red peppers and flour

In a casserole dish mix corn and other mixture real good

Cook uncovered for 30 minutes

Cook bacon and crumble
8

Top with remaining green oinions and crushed crackers and bacon cook another 5 minutes

Learned outta necisity... Left over cold fish sticks or BBQ weiners or eating out just didn't cut it. Learned and still cooking by trial and error with very few flops!!! More times than not I get an idea and just throw it together!!
