Make dough with aatta keep aside

Put 1 cup chana daal with 2 cup water salt cloves and bay leaves in cooker....cook upto 4 whistles on medium flame

Daal is cooked

Take a kadahi put oil add chilli jeera ajwain mangrail..after 2 min add chopped onion stir for 2 min

Add cooked daal in kadahi and cook on high flame for 5 min

Off the flame mix coriander leaves...stuffing is ready

Take a ball of dough fill the stuffing make paratha with light hands...serve hot wth kheer chutney sauce..☺😗😚
