Steps

Use scissors cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch strips or peices.

Heat oil on med heat. Add garlic when ready

Saute till slightly golden. Add onion saute a minute or so longer. Then add pepper flakes and soy sauce.

Add chicken..salt and pepper and cook on low-med heat for about 15 minutes. Stirring ocasionally.
