Ingredients

2 hours
  1. 1whole chicken
  2. 1chopped bellpepper
  3. 1chopped red bell pepper
  4. 1chopped yellow bell pepper
  5. 1chopped jalopena pepper (optional)
  6. 1chopped onion
  7. 2 teaspoonsminced garlic
  8. 1 stickbutter
  9. Any injector of your choice
  10. Creole seasoning (to your taste)
  11. Onion powder (to your taste)
  12. Garlic powder (to your taste)
  13. Salt and pepper (to your taste)
  14. Tinfoil
  15. Charcoal
  16. Grill
  17. Heat protecting gloves

  1. 1

    Rinse off the chicken and discard the stuffing

  2. 2

    Mix all the veggies together

  3. 3

    Stuff the veggies in between the skin and meat

  4. 4

    Inject the chicken

  5. 5

    Put a stick if butter in the middle of chicken

  6. 6

    Season your chicken to your taste (you can add or take from the seasonings)

  7. 7

    Wrap the chicken in foil about 5 times. Make sure it tight and secure.

  8. 8

    Prepare your coals and place chicken directly on coals

  9. 9

    Flip every 30 mins for 2 hours

  10. 10

I just stared cooking about a year ago when i got married. I find different reciepes online and add my own touch to them because a lot of times i dont like most ingredients in them. im new to cooking but when i make something people love i want to share. Hope yall enjoy and hope i get better ;)
