Steps

Rinse off the chicken and discard the stuffing

Mix all the veggies together

Stuff the veggies in between the skin and meat

Inject the chicken

Put a stick if butter in the middle of chicken

Season your chicken to your taste (you can add or take from the seasonings)

Wrap the chicken in foil about 5 times. Make sure it tight and secure.

Prepare your coals and place chicken directly on coals

Flip every 30 mins for 2 hours
