1nariayal grated
10 leavesmint
3 branchescoriander
8-9green chilli
1 tbspoil
1 tspturmeric
1 tspgrated ginger
1 tsphing
4curry leaves
1 tspjeera
as per your tasteSalt

Grind coconut, chilli, ginger, mint, coriander and salt together and make fine paste of it

Heat oil and add jeera, curry leaves, hing and turmeric and let it fry for few seconds and pour it in grounded paste and mix it. Serve it with idly or dosa or any sandwich.
