Ingredients

1 serving
  • Fresh tilapia
  • Salt
  • Preserving chemical, (forgot the name)
  • Some oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the fish into halves

  2. 2

    Spray salt

  3. 3

    Coat the fish with preserving chemical

  4. 4

    You can add oil if you like

  5. 5

    Put over smoke and allow the chemical in the smoke to heat the fish

  6. 6

    Remove when ready
