I went to Izakaya (Japanese pub) a few days ago. And this menu served to everyone as the first small dish with drink. It was so tasty and I made this Miso-taste Taro at home.

Remove skin of Taro

Cut vegetables

Cook Taro and minced chicken in Dashi powder +500ml water.

Cook with medium~low heat for 10 minutes. Then put vegetables

And cook for another 10 minutes. Soup is so thickened. Put Miso and sugar.

Cook with low heat for 2 minutes.

Garnish with green onion.
