Ingredients

  • Panna Cotta Layer
  • 300 gmilk
  • 300 gwhipping cream
  • 100 gsugar
  • 10 ggelatin
  • Mango Coulis Layer
  • 2medium mangoes (pureed)
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • 2 teaspoonslemon zest
  • 7 ggelatin

Steps

  1. 1

    Bloom gelatin

  2. 2

    Heat up sugar with whipping cream and milk and pour in a metal bowl and let cool.

  3. 3

    Fold in your bloomed gelatin and set aside.

  4. 4

    Heat up blended mangoes with sugar and lemon zest.

  5. 5

    Let cool down

  6. 6

    And fold in gelatin

  7. 7

    Pour the mango layer in the glass and let set in the fridge.

  8. 8

    Pour the panna cotta layer and let set

  9. 9

    Top with chopped fresh mangoes and serve.
