2boiled eggs sliced
1onion cubed
1tomato cubed
1green bell pepper cubed
2 tbspoon tomato sauce
1 tea spoonsoya sauce
1 tea spoonchilli sauce
2 tbspoon gram flour
To tastesalt
As neededoil for frying
1-2green chilli
2 clovesgarlic chopped
2 tbspoon corn flour

Prepare a batter of corn and gram flour and salt

Coat the eggs in the batter and fry

In another pan heat oil and fry the onions,garlic bell pepper and tomatoes

Add all the sauces and allow it to boil

Now add the fried eggs

Chilli egg is ready serve it with fried rice
