Spray grill rack or broiler rack with nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray. Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.

Blend olive oil, lime juice, and cumin. Brush each side of each lamb chop with marinade.

Place lamb chops on grill or broiler rack. Grill or broil 3-4 inches from heat 5-6 minutes on each side.
