  1. 1 cupchilke wali moong daal / moong daal churi
  2. 2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupcorriender leaves/ green garlic/green onions (optional)
  4. 2 teaspoongreen chilli garlic paste
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera
  6. 1 teaspoonAjwain
  7. 1 teaspoonsaunf
  8. 1 teaspoonredchilly powder
  9. 1 teaspooncorriender powder
  10. 1 teaspoonAmchoor powder
  11. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  12. 1/2 teaspoonhaldi
  13. 1/4 teaspoonHing
  14. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Grind the moong daal in grinder. make coarse powder and soak it in water for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Dry roast the jeera and saunf. Crush them with rolling pin.

  3. 3

    Take wheat flour in a big thali. Mix all the ingredients alongwith soaked moong daal.

  4. 4

    Mix well and knead a stiff dough with little water if needed.

  5. 5

    Rest it for 10 min. Again knead the dough with 1 teaspoon oil to make it smooth.

  6. 6

    Now make small balls from the dough. Roll it little thick than normal puri.

  7. 7

    Deep fry them in hot oil. Serve it with aloo tamatar ki sabzi.
