Grind the moong daal in grinder. make coarse powder and soak it in water for 1 hour.

Dry roast the jeera and saunf. Crush them with rolling pin.

Take wheat flour in a big thali. Mix all the ingredients alongwith soaked moong daal.

Mix well and knead a stiff dough with little water if needed.

Rest it for 10 min. Again knead the dough with 1 teaspoon oil to make it smooth.

Now make small balls from the dough. Roll it little thick than normal puri.

Deep fry them in hot oil. Serve it with aloo tamatar ki sabzi.
