Ingredients

  • 2 cupboiled,peeled and mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 tspelliachi powder
  • Nuts for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan

  2. 2

    Add mashed sweet potato and stir continously

  3. 3

    Stir till it changes colour

  4. 4

    Add sugar and stir till sugar melts

  5. 5

    Add elliachi powder and garnish with nuts....and enjoy
