Peel both carrots and potatoes and dice them and boil for 20 minutes

In a pot drizzle the oil and coat the meat with flour and once coated, then fry until they are all brown, once brown then pour 250ml of water and cook it for 1 hour 15 minutes

Then chop the onion and once the meat is soft and tender, then pour the onion and add ginger and garlic paste then spice the meat with all the spices

Stir the meat and once it has the creamy look, then pour the drained potatoes and carrots in the meat

Stir and simmer for a few minutes and then make a soup mixture and pour it to be thick.

It goes well with dumpling, rice and pap
