Ingredients

20minutes
1 serving
  1. 250 gboiled beans mixed with
  2. 200 gboiled maize
  3. 1small onion
  4. 3medium tomatoes chopped
  5. 1small bunch of dhania
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tsproyco
  8. 2large cloves of garlic

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Chop onions and garlic in a sufuria and add cooking oil

  2. 2

    Stir and after a minute and when they start turning brown add tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add a little salt and cover for 2minutes

  4. 4

    Smash tomatoes and add dhania

  5. 5

    Add Githeri and stir then add royco and ¾ cup water and a little salt then let it cook for around 5minutes then turn off heat and serve.
