Ingredients

  • boxbutton mushrooms sliced
  • 6bacon rashers alternatively sliced ham
  • bunchparsley
  • 1chilli sliced (optional)
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 3 tbspcreme fraiche
  • 2 dashdry sherry
  • 2 tspdried oregano or Italian Seasoning
  • 4 dasholive oil

    in a large frying pan or wok heat the olive oil gently

  2. 2

    add the chillies, garlic and mushrooms to the oil and lower heat

  3. 3

    fill a saucepan with water and add a dash of salt and olive oil to cook the tagliatelle

  4. 4

    add the bacon or ham to the frying pan

  5. 5

    put the finely chopped parsley into the frying pan along with the oregano

  6. 6

    add the sherry and stir on a low heat

  7. 7

    once the bacon starts to look cooked add the creme fraiche and stir it thoroughly into the mix

  8. 8

    keep on low heat until tagliatelle is ready

  9. 9

    mix in taglatelle until coated with creamy mixture and ingredients are mixed throughout, then serve with a garnish of parsley
