1/2 cupChopped broccoli
1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cupChopped red pepper
1 cupMayo
2Garlic cloves
1/2 tspDill weed
1/4 tbspSalt & pepper
3Tubes crescent rolls

Combine 1st 10. Roll out crescent rolls to form crust. Spoon mix onto crust. Use remaining crescents to wrap & seal mix inside. Brush egg whites on top.

Combine 1st 10. Roll 2 tubes of crescents to form a crust. Soon mix on crust. Use remaining crescents to close strudel. Bake @ 375 30-35 mins until golden. Brush egg whites 1/2 way through baking time to make crispy
