Steps

Boil water that can cover all whole amlas. When water starts boiling add amlas in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Then switch off the flame and let it be in same water for another 5 minute.

Now strain all water from amla and dry it. Now cut it and remove seeds, cut it into bite size.

Now take one glass bowl and add chopped amla in it. And start adding and mixing sugar and ginger powder until it covers it all. Now leave it for 1 day. After one day stir it once and again leave it for 1-2 days. Make sure your dont use any water during this process.

Now take amla pieces out of syrup and put it on net like strainer. Put this strainer in sun rays for 2 days.

Now once amlas are sun dried take in it bowl, sprinkle powder sugar on it. Mix it. And store it in airtight jar.
